We American Peasants Have No Betters

 

Here in 2024 we're still getting threats from the Progressive State that if we don't get vaccinations and boosters and lay off the Ivermecting and Hydrochloroquin we're going to lose our jobs and fined and God knows what else. I don't know what else they'll threaten us with us next, but cancel culture has supplied the progressive forces within federal government an exciting (for them) tool for bringing the proletariat into line. Next it will be digital currency, something the Biden administration has already proposed. 

 

Really? Threatening to end people's jobs and businesses the feds believe is "forcing" Americans to do something they don't want to do. Suppose I threatened to throw you off Facebook for getting the vaccination. I don't know where you did your research. If it was off NBC, CNN or The New York times, you might want to check out some actual scientific journals and talk to actual physicians out there in the field treating this disease. I work for myself, so the president can't fire me. I'm lucky in that respect. My wife and I get out very seldom and we do so with medical grade masks and practice social distancing. We both have experienced bad reactions to flu-type vaccines AND we're in the kill zone for this particular virus. 

 

We have carefully chosen our response to this based on risk factors (and there are risk factors with these vaccines). Were I younger and didn't have an underlying health condition, and I were out in public a lot, I might get the vaccine. As it is, my wife and I chose another approach. Others my age and physical health have faced CoVid and taken Ivermectin, Hydrochloroquine and Z-Pack treatments and now with the monoclonal antibody treatments, CoVid has been rendered a rather minor ailment. So on the outside chance I do get the disease, there are treatments available to get you through.

There are "solid" reasons for my choice in this matter not to mention my constitutional right to do what I want when it's my body. Isn't that the pro-abortion argument? How come it's no longer my body. Besides, with the feds telling you that if you've had the vaccine you can still get it, and still transmit it to others, and that it may make it a lighter case if you do get it, it's hard to trust the advice we're being given by so-called scientists who seem dead set on enforcing their own will in the form of what seems more of a political than a medical solution.

 

Then there is the organization of teams of public health officials and Homeland Security Officers up here in Oregon and Washington to go door to door asking whether people are vaccinated, recording it in a database along with information about whether you were flying Revolutionary War flags, had Trump signs, wore "certain" T-shirts or hats described by organizers as evidence that you are a white supremacist and potential terrorist. And don't start with that being a conspiracy theory. I sat in on the County Commissioner's meetings where they discussed the CDC/Homeland Security plans to do just that. When the County Judge was asked if Klickitat County was planning to do that, he turned to his public health director and asked, "Do we have any plans to do that?" 

The Public Health lady went pale and said, "Oh, hell no! You think I want to get shot?"  Southern Washington State's natives celebrate a culture, that I discovered would give East Texas a run for the money for being redneck. They have bears running around loose. Those folks are armed! They might get away with that over in Oregon, but they do NOT want to bring that stuff across the Columbia River. Mt. St. Helens blew up in the middle of south Washington.

That bullying is the reason people are resisting the mandates and quitting their jobs rather than comply. It doesn't help that the same people telling us we must get vaccinated, were the same ones telling us the vaccines were dangerous and not to get them back in December and January before Biden was sworn in. Afterwards, through some sort of magical incantation, I suppose, after Biden became president, the vaccines became miraculously perfect and wonderful and essential to the survival of mankind.

So forgive me if I think that belittling and berating people who choose not to take the vaccine is a small-minded, anti-American thing to do. As Americans we are not averse to giving up some liberties in an emergency or to taking risks where risk-taking is needed. Were my circumstances different my choices might be different. But my choices are my choices and I live in a nation where individual rights are sacred. We don't live in a collective thank God, where people serve the state. The state, in the American Constitutional Republic, serves at the behest of the people.

This high-handed imposition of mandates based on the will of our dear leaders is foreign to American beliefs. Americans don't believe in complying, obeying or submitting to the will and authority of our betters. That's because we don't think we have any betters.

Sorry for the long post, but my leftist Facebook friend's original post had a snarky tone to it and I'm kind of angry about that. He ridiculed those of us who have carefully chosen through research in medical studies, journal reports, our own observations and consultation with our physicians (each one of whom holds a doctorate and is a scientist in his or her own right). I find that more than a little condescending. 

 

And as I said, we don't much care for rule of our betters over us masses, peons, proletariat or whatever you want to call us regular ordinary schlubs! A whole lot of us would take umbrage if you came to our house, banged on my door and presumed to classify me a terrorist because I wouldn't mindlessly fall in line quietly and knuckle under to the latest attempt by Marxist progressive government bureaucrats to test to see just how much we'll tolerate and how quickly we can be bullied into submission to blatantly illegal and unconstitutional executive orders.

Not smart, Joe. We will not kneel to Moloch and his ilk.

The Progressive Revolution Confronts the Orange Terror

It's official. The Democrat Party's operatives have weaponized the Department of Justice, the FBI, the NSA, the IRS, the Military and the CIA. Unless you're living under a rock, you've probably heard that the FBI has raided Donald Trump's Mar-a-Lago home. Why? they are looking to see if he has any classified documents in his possession. They hope to convict him of a violation that will prevent him from running for office again. Those people are really getting desperate to complete the progressive (i.e. socialist) revolution and at this point their time is running out, especially since Trump-supported candidates are winning contest after contest lately.

I don't expect we'll be having elections in November. I think we are at the point where the Dems, the media, the new "woke" military and their deep state allies will use monkeypox, a new Covid variant or a fake wave of white supremacist attacks - anything to stop the November elections. And it will all be in the name of safety, security and order. Oh, and peace and unity. Don't forget peace and unity.

The realities of collectivist, socialist and globalist policies "are coming home to roost" as the Reverend Jeremiah Wright once put it. Most Americans are a patient, mostly private people, content to take care of their own business and let you take care of yours. Early Americans were refugees from all those civilized Old World nations. They wanted to make their own way and not be put upon by hereditary busybodies. And thus we wound up with a nation of the people, by the people and for the people. 

Unfortunately genetics will out and eventually the children and children's children and children's children's children began popping out with the obsessive compulsive bookkeeper gene. That's the one where the person afflicted with this malady, has a powerful need to put everything in some kind of order, document everything and control everything. Eventually, these genetically impaired individuals band together to try and apply some level of control over all those blessed with individualism, ADD, and the need to be free.  Soon they find a way to create laws and taxes to hem in the non-collectivists and to gradually begin molding a new American government in which the individual is of the state, by the state, and for the state rather than the other way round. Which is why they need to rig elections Soviet style so only the appropriate people always win while preserving the fiction that our votes actually count. 

We are at the tipping point between the state serving the people and the people serving the state. The nation is divided more so than we were by slavery. And the old party of slavery is taking another run at reestablishing the two-tiered society once enjoyed by the folk of the dark ages. We're to have an elite hereditary ruling class that American Independence once thoroughly discredited and the masses, the proletariat, the people or whatever you want to call us regular herd beasts whose only use is to provide unwavering support for the state. And by state we mean the government run by the ruling classes. 

Fortunately, there are still enough of us independent, freedom-loving, ADD, individualists, that the left is having trouble tipping America. Much as it would like to do away with our beautiful Constitution in favor of always-failed, discredited, Marxism on the grounds that it sounds good and makes those who think they are smart enough to be the ruling class.

First it was slavery of a race of people. Now it's slavery of all people and it's the same party that's doing it again to us. We haven't been this sharply divided since 1859 and once again it's the Democrat Party that would lead a revolution. 

We did that once in 1776. Do we really want to see it happen again? Watch for the signs that the socialist left is getting ready to slap us all into line.

Vaccine Checks - Come and Make Me

 The Klickikat County Public Health director faced some questioning as a result of rumors from DC about door-to-door vaccine checks. Several citizens heard reports that people doing the checks will report Betsy Ross flags, Gadsen flags, personal firearms, MAGA hats and other evidence of right wing extremism to files about people the interview. Concerned Commissioners asked the Public Health Director if she had any plans to do door-to-door vaccine checks. Here was her response:

Biden Threatens to Ban Travel to Florida

Signing those orders, Biden sets a record while trying to neutralize all the good Trump's done.

JOE BIDEN REPORTEDLY PROPOSING TO BAN TRAVEL TO FLORIDA TO SAVE US ALL FROM THIS NEW STRAIN OF COVID-19.

And the plot thickens.

China Joe is contemplating to close some states, put hundreds of thousands more out of work (he's found another pipeline to close), and seems dead set on wrecking the economy. A ban of travel to Florida looks more like a punishment for Florida's success at riding out this trumped up pandemic mess, than it looks like protecting Americans from an actual threat. I expect him to ban travel to Texas next, although it looks like he may target California next. Hey, you people voted for this clown and he's already planning to further wreck your economy.

Marco Rubio wrote the ersatz president a letter in which he said this. “Instituting a travel ban, or any restriction of movement between the states would be an outrageous, authoritarian move that has no basis in law or science. Instead, it would only serve to inflict severe and devastating economic pain on an already damaged economy,”

Isn't crashing the economy the point, Marco? Don't forget the Obama/Biden administration was a big fan of the Cloward-Piven strategy (crash the economy/reset the US as a socialist nation). They haven't mentioned "The Great Reset" lately, but you can bet it's on their minds. 

We may be able to do something about it when Congressional elections come up in 2022, if we last that long before we spiral down into the totalitarian socialist hellhole the Democrats have envisioned for us. Most of the Democrat leadership have already got two or three dachas bought and paid for (in Biden's case, apparently, with his cut of the Russian, Ukrainian, and Chinese bribes they paid his boy Hunter). 

 

If these people aren't stopped,* it's not going to be long before Jesus has to come and get us. As Ronald Reagan pointed out 40 years ago, we are the last best hope for mankind. If we fall there's no place left to flee to. And that's the point. Satan's victory complete.

And I am not exaggerating here. And all you leftist activists out there who think you'll get to be part of the Nomenklatura. What a shock it will be when each one finds find himself just another member of the proletariat.
