Peter, Paul & Mary Banned on Facebook?

 

You may not recognize the three folksingers above if you were born after the Bicentennial. They are Peter, Paul & Mary, three left-leaning folk singers who sang Woody Guthrie songs, songs by Gordon Lightfoot, Pete Seeger and even such radicals as John Denver. They were big during the great folk-music scare of the 50s and 60s. These guys waltzed the line between being patriotic Americans and card-carrying communists. I loved their music. Their hearts were in the right place and I could actually play along with their songs as a fledgling guitarist. 

Imagine my shock when the Facebook Gestapo (FBG) took down my post in which I linked to one of their songs on Youtube. They said the post violated "Community Standards" and could pose a danger to the delicate sensibilities of Facebook readers. The song was about playing right field in elementary school. I suppose they thought if you played right field, a baseball might fall on your head and give you a concussion or predispose you to grow up to be a conservative. To be fair, I did play right field and did grow up to be a conservative. Best to avoid such dangerous and patriotic pastimes as baseball, then. And Baseball is undoubtedly a racist and fascist sport.~

After much searching I found the secret "notifications" page where I was "informed" of my violations of "community standards." Below is a list of my posts that the FBG took down over the past year. Apparently, these posts were so egregiously shocking that ordinary members of the Proletariat could not be safely exposed to this material.

Picture of Hillary Clinton on the phone calling the suicide hotline to place an order (ironically when I demanded a review on the grounds that it was satire, they reposted it, and I’m sure the fact checker on that one isn’t working for the FBG anymore, probably doing time in whatever passes for Progressive Siberia).
    

I noticed in going down the list that the FBG not only blocked the song "Right Field", they also blocked John Fogarty's "Center Field". Apparently the snowflakes working for the Book of Face, believe the game of baseball must only have left fielders. 

It would be interesting to watch them play a team with only left-handed batters. What with no one in right or center to field the barrage of hits sent into that part of the outfield by left-handed batters, the final score would be all kind of lop-sided. My bet is that the League of Communist Athletes would have the all-lefty team canceled.

It must be confusing to live in that headspace.

When the Physiognomy Publication Strikes.

 

Apparently, being "account restricted" means Facebook moves all your posts further down the newsfeed when published. They do this because their surveys indicate that people only look at the first few posts on their newsfeed and ignore anything further down. This is shadow-banning by definition and they do it for the most ridiculously trivial stuff - by and large any conservative jab that hits too close to home. This avoids outright blocking of accounts. I got in trouble for the meme about Hillary calling the suicide hotline to place an order.

This one got me "restricted".

The big 4 have seen what's happened to Twitter for doing censorship too obviously. Americans have a thing about being told they have to shut up because some elitist said they have to. Assigning "Account Restricted" status to troublesome members allows them to restrict people from seeing your post without setting up too much of a fuss. Twitter did get carried away with their own "power" when they banned a sitting president from their platform. Oops! That got them on the receiving end of a hostile takeover, triggering mass professional career suicides among their staff and weeping and wailing such as has not been seen since Donald Trump beat Hillary in 2016 despite the smart people's attempts at propagandizing the masses against the evil "Orange Man."

 

I just saw a meme that got a friend's account restricted for months. It was a picture of an "elephant in the room" with writing on its side that observed that the predicted massive death toll of the those who have been disobedient to a certain very visible high paid medical professional's orders, had yet to happen. All that to safely say Dr. Fauci on the book of Face without drawing the attention of nosy censors. Fewer words were used in the meme as you can see, but those words apparently flagged the Facebook Gestapo every time the meme appeared. The meme has been thoroughly eradicated from the net. Can't find it on several search engines or on any of the major social media platforms.

 

Though the meme may or may not be true, it has been and is being scrubbed. Even the email my friend sent me with the meme attached has disappeared from my gmail account AND to my shock, from my hard drive. The actual stats on vaxed vs unvaxed deaths vary from place to place and study to study. Early results in the UK had an almost 2 to 1 death toll among the vaccinated over the unvaxed. The uncomfortable thing for mandate fans is that, there has, in fact, been no mass extinction of the not yet and maybe never be v@#$%^&*ed. This is something that apparently must not and cannot be said on the book of Face. Because it is a debatable statement, but one which FB cannot allow to be said, it must be banned. Because it contradicts the imparted wisdom of the government, it seems the "account restricted designation has been useful to quietly "handle" such heresies by shadow-banning any discussion of the issue.  I almost didn't notice the little red flag telling me my account was restricted. Fortunately, I'm on 9 different social media platforms, so I'm not totally shadow banned.

This blog was originally a Facebook post (or should I say, "Physiognomy Publication post?"). I'm hoping I've avoided algorithm key words in my original Physiognomy Publication post that would alert and trigger the Physiognomy Publication's secret police. 

 

But just in case, I'm copying this to my weblog here and posting it with a hopefully innocuous title on any social media I have access to. Wish me luck, guys. If I get busted, I plan to play the victim card as a person of color. White is, after all, a color. In fact, white is actually a combination of all colors. Ironically true black reflects no colors at all. Technically it's colorless. That innocent observation would definitely get me banned on Physiognomy Publication. In the summertime though, I tend to be a bit swarthy when I'm out in the sun a lot. I'm also part native American (at least more native American than Elizabeth Warren anyway). Some of my Native American ancestors have entries on Wikipedia. I guess that means I'm oppressed.*

Google Adsense Announces New Censorship Policy

Corporate Censors Rally to Support Failing Progressive Narrative

Big Tech comes to the rescue of floundering Democrat party. If the Constitution is at least partially preventing government censorship of free speech as new free speech social platforms arise and draw millions of followers, then the left goes around the government through their corporate toadies to curb free speech.

Google Adsense is the latest member of corporate Pravda to announce a new policy on curbing all that pesky free speech today. They have announced that the advertising broker will be cutting off monetization of blogs and websites that offer "dangerous or derogatory" content or which "incite violence or deny tragic events" (can you say, "the January 6th insurrection"). In other words if the FCC isn't going to censor the Internet, then Big Tech will. They are trying to insure that no content gets out that does not fit the progressive narrative. They especially mentioned Ukraine and will forbid any information or editorializing about the war in Ukraine that does not match the White House's spin on it.

Folks, we're headed for the days of an American Pravda and the remaking of the United States as the Union of Soviet States of America. And the USSA isn't going to be one whit better than its Russian predecessor was. It seems as though the left is busily condemning Russia on the one hand while seeking to emulate the worst characteristics of the old Soviet Union on the other. Of course, Russia dumped communism, which may be what the left is angry with them about. At any rate, American Marxism is simply another Marxist gang like Nazism and Communism and the disagreements among them are nothing but turf wars like we've seen between the Crips, Bloods, Hell's Angels, and MS-13. Same philosophies, different tyrants running the show.

Thank God, Jesus is coming. The vitriol coming from the left is but a sniff of sulfur on the winds of progressive "change". It's sad that the leftist tools out there really do think they'll be members of the ruling class simply because they made supportive noises. News flash, ANTIFA, BLM and Berkley radicals. The first thing triumphant Marxist's do is burn their tools so they can't object when they find out they were lied to all along.

Truly sad.

Has a High Tech Virtual Invasion of Poland Begun?

In another wave of attacks on conservatives, Youtube is blocking and/or demonetizing conservative video producers en masse. I started this rant on Facebook, but decided to move it over to my blog to avoid its being banished to virtual hell by Zuckerberg's Gestapo. I'm not sure, but we may be seeing a fully mobilized, concerted attack on conservative voices beginning in earnest. Here's what's happening.

Despite earlier ruling that Steven Crowder met YouTube guidelines, the Google subsidiary, YouTube, has demonetized his videos en masse, effectively cutting off a major portion of his income in an obvious effort to silence his voice. Meanwhile poisonous leftist sites guilty of doxing, harassment, obscenity and outright lying remain firmly in place on the video host site. Other less-careful, less litigious conservative pundits than Crowder are being outright banned in this latest pogrom of pro-Constitution, pro-conservative websites. Massive numbers of Prager University's tasteful and factually correct videos have been demonetized and I expect another anti-conservative pogrom against PU in the next few days.

Reminds me of 1939 Europe. The war may have been started already as the leftist media ramps up its efforts to remove the president and discredit conservatives altogether before the crucial 2020 election.

It's a war, make no mistake about it. At present it's a cold civil war, but given the history of the left throughout the 20th century, it won't stay cold for long if they gain enough power.

The first American revolution began with the shot heard round the world. It began because the Redcoats were coming to Concord to confiscate the citizens' guns. We may find we're in a second American revolution when the Deep State comes for our guns again. I pray the US military will choose to heed their oath to defend the Constitution because that is indeed what is under assault.

We need to all agree on a new video provider - a kind of Youtube 2.0 if we are going to keep from being silenced. I've already moved a lot of my social media traffic to MeWe, which is growing significantly thanks to conservative flight from oppressive leftist social media providers. We need phone apps that support these sites and resources that allow us to dramatically cut our support of web providers who obviously hate us and want us gone.

We should oblige them.

I truly believe we are seeing the beginning of the last movement of Satan's forces against those who are Christ's own.  Not all of these are conservative Christians. Not all of these folk even believe in God. They are simply people looking for Grace in a world filled with hate. These souls hunger and thirst for a world safe for the good, the kindly, the loving and free - people who have no desire to have power over their fellow man; no desire to be Lords of the Earth.

As the last events unfold, remember that Christ's coming is not a conquest, but a rescue. When the good folk who trust in Him or would have if they'd ever met Him are taken up and go, this world will destroy itself in an orgasm of violence and turn itself into a lake of fire. We have the technology to do just that and when God withdraws from this Earth, there will be nothing to hold back the horrors mankind can inflict upon itself.

The wages of sin is death and I really believe that is literally so. I believe sin is self-destructive and inevitably suicidal. I believe we will make our own hell. I don't think God need lift a finger to obliterate evil men from the Earth. All He need do is step back to see the Earth cleansed by radioactive fire!

That may seem a little extreme to extrapolate from a YouTube ban on what it calls "hate speech" to the bloody end of the world.  But then a few German tanks rolling into Austria, Poland, and Czechoslovakia didn't seem at the time to presage anything like the holocaust and the bloody conflict that would cost half a billion lives and plunge the world into horrors unimagined by the free world in 1939.  Nor did it predict that in the aftermath of a World War, Communism would rise up on its hind legs and slaughter hundreds of millions more.  

But it did.

When created, I think the left saw the Internet as a new way to control the proletariat. After all, they had been successfully controlling media for 50 some-odd years. Why not this tool. I mean they all had read Orwell in high school (though admittedly as an instruction manual rather than a warning). To the collective Progressive horror, though, the new communication tool opened doors to free speech, free expression and inexpensive highly effective means of producing quality podcasts, videos and websites for opinion makers who opposed progressivism. Things have been out of hand for a long time. I think our betters have decided it's time to shut us up for good before Donald Trump gets re-elected. I think they are looking to cut the right off from the Internet. All they need is their own Leni Riefenstahl to get the mind-control propaganda rolling.

And I know I sound all paranoid, but I grew up in the 20th century. I know the horrors that can be inflicted on us by those who think they need to control us ordinary schlubs "for our own good". We have raised up a new generation that, as Moses put it, "...knew not Joseph".  Sadly, they will soon know what happens to them when the Josephs of the world are all dead or silenced.

In the meantime, I and millions of others are watchmen on the walls. We cannot be silent.
