Has a High Tech Virtual Invasion of Poland Begun?

In another wave of attacks on conservatives, Youtube is blocking and/or demonetizing conservative video producers en masse.
I started this rant on Facebook, but decided to move it over to my blog to avoid its being banished to virtual hell by Zuckerberg's Gestapo. I'm not sure, but we may be seeing a fully mobilized, concerted attack on conservative voices beginning in earnest. Here's what's happening.

Despite earlier ruling that Steven Crowder met YouTube guidelines, the Google subsidiary, YouTube, has demonetized his videos en masse, effectively cutting off a major portion of his income in an obvious effort to silence his voice. Meanwhile poisonous leftist sites guilty of doxing, harassment, obscenity and outright lying remain firmly in place on the video host site. Other less-careful, less litigious conservative pundits than Crowder are being outright banned in this latest pogrom of pro-Constitution, pro-conservative websites. Massive numbers of Prager University's tasteful and factually correct videos have been demonetized and I expect another anti-conservative pogrom against PU in the next few days.

Reminds me of 1939 Europe. The war may have been started already as the leftist media ramps up its efforts to remove the president and discredit conservatives altogether before the crucial 2020 election.

It's a war, make no mistake about it. At present it's a cold civil war, but given the history of the left throughout the 20th century, it won't stay cold for long if they gain enough power.

The first American revolution began with the shot heard round the world. It began because the Redcoats were coming to Concord to confiscate the citizens' guns. We may find we're in a second American revolution when the Deep State comes for our guns again. I pray the US military will choose to heed their oath to defend the Constitution because that is indeed what is under assault.

We need to all agree on a new video provider - a kind of Youtube 2.0 if we are going to keep from being silenced. I've already moved a lot of my social media traffic to MeWe, which is growing significantly thanks to conservative flight from oppressive leftist social media providers. We need phone apps that support these sites and resources that allow us to dramatically cut our support of web providers who obviously hate us and want us gone.

We should oblige them.

I truly believe we are seeing the beginning of the last movement of Satan's forces against those who are Christ's own.  Not all of these are conservative Christians. Not all of these folk even believe in God. They are simply people looking for Grace in a world filled with hate. These souls hunger and thirst for a world safe for the good, the kindly, the loving and free - people who have no desire to have power over their fellow man; no desire to be Lords of the Earth.

As the last events unfold, remember that Christ's coming is not a conquest, but a rescue. When the good folk who trust in Him or would have if they'd ever met Him are taken up and go, this world will destroy itself in an orgasm of violence and turn itself into a lake of fire. We have the technology to do just that and when God withdraws from this Earth, there will be nothing to hold back the horrors mankind can inflict upon itself.

The wages of sin is death and I really believe that is literally so
. I believe sin is self-destructive and inevitably suicidal. I believe we will make our own hell. I don't think God need lift a finger to obliterate evil men from the Earth. All He need do is step back to see the Earth cleansed by radioactive fire!

That may seem a little extreme to extrapolate from a YouTube ban on what it calls "hate speech" to the bloody end of the world.  But then a few German tanks rolling into Austria, Poland, and Czechoslovakia didn't seem at the time to presage anything like the holocaust and the bloody conflict that would cost half a billion lives and plunge the world into horrors unimagined by the free world in 1939.  Nor did it predict that in the aftermath of a World War, Communism would rise up on its hind legs and slaughter hundreds of millions more.
But it did.
When created, I think the left saw the Internet as a new way to control the proletariat. After all, they had been successfully controlling media for 50 some-odd years. Why not this tool. I mean they all had read Orwell in high school (though admittedly as an instruction manual rather than a warning). To the collective Progressive horror, though, the new communication tool opened doors to free speech, free expression and inexpensive highly effective means of producing quality podcasts, videos and websites for opinion makers who opposed progressivism. Things have been out of hand for a long time. I think our betters have decided it's time to shut us up for good before Donald Trump gets re-elected. I think they are looking to cut the right off from the Internet. All they need is their own Leni Riefenstahl to get the mind-control propaganda rolling.

And I know I sound all paranoid, but I grew up in the 20th century. I know the horrors that can be inflicted on us by those who think they need to control us ordinary schlubs "for our own good". We have raised up a new generation that, as Moses put it, "...knew not Joseph".  Sadly, they will soon know what happens to them when the Josephs of the world are all dead or silenced.

In the meantime, I and millions of others are watchmen on the walls. We cannot be silent.

I Love My Country!

We are an amazing country.
This afternoon I sat in Qdoba Mexican restaurant eating some really good and affordable guacamole and watching regular raggedy people roll by in expensive new cars and new clothes and living the way people in most of the rest of the world can only dream about. How can you hate the nation that gave us the fattest, most spoiled "proletariat" in the world. You know the 1% don't trouble me not one little bit. The economy is not a zero sum game. People who are doing well are not robbing from those poorer than themselves. In America, our working class business folk, entrepreneurs somehow have figured out how to make themselves wealthy while giving people things they want, employing people and making all of us able to do better as well. A rising tide lifts all boats as the saying goes.

So how is it that so many people hate the very nation that made it possible for us all to live so well. When I see folks out on the streets walking around doing the things they want to do, I see people of all races, religions, education levels and economic circumstances. What I don't see a lot of are starving children and homeless folk except in cities where the left has offered lures to attract crowds of drug addicts and mentally ill folks (after closing mental health facilities that could help them and turning them loose on the streets). The homeless are a handy way to give this nation a black eye in the political wars, but only if you can bunch them up in third world looking ghettos so you can prove your point. But the truly poor are such a tiny minority of people - perhaps the smallest percentage of poor in the world, except in countries that America is propping up with billions in aid and trade imbalances. And in a lot of countries, what we call our "poor" would be middle and upper class folk (they have cars, plenty of food and television).

The folk Marx called the "proletariat" in his various manifestos were not the outliers in society like they are here. His proletariat were folks like you see in this street scene below. Regular raggedy folk whom Marx's devoted followers time and again made into a poor, colorless, downtrodden amorphous crowd of barely supported borderline poor that the dear leaders refer to as the "masses" or (if they are being honest in how they really feel) the "unwashed" masses.

America is a lovely place. Go out and see it some time. Ask yourself why your nation, that so many people who live here and know better, condemn and criticize.

I love my country. I just flat out do.

Margaret Sanger Never Got Nekkid To Make Her Point.

For it is never the intention of such philanthropy
to give the poor over-burdened and often
undernourished mother of the slum the
opportunity to make the choice herself,
to decide whether she wishes time
after time to bring children into the world.
- Margaret Sanger
Emily Ratajkowski* (whoever she is) just posted a naked picture of herself on social media in order to "protest" Alabama's strict new anti-abortion law. Not that she's ever been averse to shedding her clothes to get attention. In order to explain how getting nekkid teaches pro life supporters a lesson, Ms. Ratajkowski says, referring to the old white patriarchy in the Alabama legislature, "These men in power are imposing their wills onto the bodies of women in order to uphold the patriarchy and perpetuate the industrial prison complex by preventing women of low economic opportunity the right to choose to not reproduce."

And there it is!  The Margaret Sanger Planned Parenthood agenda in a nutshell - prevent women of low economic "opportunity" the right to choose to not reproduce."  A little more nuanced than Margaret, Emily swirled a lot of buzz words together there to essentially say what Margaret used to say about low women choosing not to reproduce. The old eugenics theory claimed we could improve the human breeding stock that way.

"Birth control," said Ms. Sanger, "Is not contraception indiscriminately and thoughtlessly practiced. It means the release and cultivation of the better racial elements in our society, and the gradual suppression, elimination and eventual extirpation of defective stocks— those human weeds which threaten the blooming of the finest flowers of American civilization."

Sanger, herself, had a horror of abortion. Or at the least, she used the Christian horror of abortion to promote providing massive contraception among black and other minority communities (along with accompanying pro-contraception propaganda aimed at those groups of folks she saw as "human weeds"). It's ironic that the institution Sanger founded, now relies on abortion as its primary population control tool when she feigned disgust with the practice.

The left is rapidly becoming incoherent in its message on the subject of abortion save on the one constant refrain. "Women must have the right to murder their babies in their wombs." This belief, they claim, gives them moral superiority over the rest of us. Somehow anything they do, whether it's public nudity, vagina headgear or shrieking incoherently somehow proves the point that the so-called "pro-choice" crowd is better than anyone who disagrees. Meanwhile the left babbles about a woman's rights to kill, takes off its clothes (a lot) and tries to conduct a coup against a duly elected president. And, amazingly, they feel morally superior to us church-going folk who think all of that stuff is just plain wrong.

The nation is a tinder box right now and there are too many irrational people pouring gasoline on everything and waving around lighted matches. Something bad will come of this massive effort by the left to divide the nation against itself, mark my words.

* I did not include Ms. Ratajkowski's photo with this. If you wish to see her in various stages of undress, simply do a browser image search on her name.  It sort of dilutes the whole "Lady Godiva" aspect of Ms R's protest given the number of nekkid pictures of her that are out there. Given her history, Emily's whole nude protest is like.................."Meh? Seen it."
